To purchase a gun from us you must be over 18 years of age. You also must be a member of a site which holds appropriate third party liability insurance. Your eligibility will be checked before items are dispatched.  Other Defences include Crown Servants, Reenactors, Museums, Film and Theatre Companies

Please note that this does not apply to accessories such as magazines etc.  The Violent Crime Reduction Act applies only to the UK.

If your eligibility is found not to be valid then a 10% admin fee will be levied.  Please note that this also applies if a non recognised delivery address is given or if the requested delivery address does not match the card payment details.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all information given is correct and can enable a smooth transaction process.  If in doubt - please contact us.

Orders outside of the UK

For any replica Firearm order we will require proof of age and details of any Airsoft scheme operated in your country.  Photos of such identification should be emailed at time of order to:




Accuracy of content

Every care is taken to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and that all items are accurately described. All prices are in Great British Pounds (Sterling) and are displayed inclusive of VAT. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you immediately if the goods you have ordered are not currently available.  Please note that some Suppliers change product design/availability from time to time.  Although we do our best to ensure that product photographs are up to date, it is possible that these may have changed without us being aware.  If you have any doubt or would like clarification then please contact us before purchase.  

Returns and Replacements

All faults, damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  If you are unhappy about the condition of any item received from us then please email in the first instance to sales@milspecsolutions.co.uk quoting your order number and a description of the issue.  By doing this you are notifying us immediately rather than having to wait until the office is open especially over the weekend.  We often find that many issues can be resolved over the phone at no additional cost. If this is not possible then we will discuss the most appropriate method of return.  Please do not return any item without discussing it with us first.  At our discretion a replacement item will sent out to you after the original purchase has been returned to us and confirmed as being faulty.  If a fault is reported within the 24 hours of receipt yet the item is still clearly 'used' then this will invalidate any return/refund.

For Royal Mail deliveries we offer the choice of having a 'Signed For' option on delivery.  This is the default setting and you will need to opt out if you decide not to take this service.  Please note that this is the only Royal Mail service which gives any kind of postal reference number.  We will not be held responsible for any losses/damages if the 'Signed For' option is removed.  Please note that it is not possible for us make arrangements such as 'leave package behind the gate' etc.

For items which have had the 'Signed For' option removed then Milspec will provide 'Proof of Posting' but will not provide a compensation claim service.

Pay Pal orders - we can only send items to your registered Pay Pal account address.  Please add your work place address to your Pay Pal account if required.  We will not send any package to a differing address.

All AEG's are subject to a 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship or manufacturer defect. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.

All gas rifles & pistols have a 30 day warranty.  This is due to the higher number of moving parts and factors affecting their use such as choice of gas.  We believe that gas rifles & pistols are much more realistic in operation but the User has to accept that parts will break and will require replacement in what could be relatively short periods of time.

Other high wear maintenance items (not restricted to) such as magazines, fire selectors, pistons, loading nozzles, NPAS, gas valves, rubber seals, O-rings, magazine feed lips, BB followers, optics and hop rubbers are subject to warranty at our discretion.

No Warranty will be given on any product that has been damaged by accident, negligence, abuse or misuse.

Please note that we play Airsoft as well.  Therefore we are fully aware of the conditions and treatment that Airsoft replicas can be exposed to.

Parts - factory parts/after market/upgrade parts - no Warranty will be given for any factory part/after market/upgrade part nor for any matters arising through use.  We strongly recommend that customers conduct their own research and we will give any advice available to the best of our knowledge at that time.

Goods returned must include original proof of purchase and will be thoroughly checked with a fault report given to the customer before any work is carried out. Warranty repairs will generally be carried out free of labour or parts except unless exceptional circumstances prevail. Shipping costs from and back to the customer will not be covered. Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected.

Right to cancel.  

We provide a fourteen working day ‘cooling off’ period for items bought from us.  If you decide to cancel then please inform us in writing within 14 days of purchase by sending an email to sales@milspecsolutions.co.uk  

Unwanted products must be returned within a further 14 days and be 'As New', unopened, unused and in the original undamaged packaging with no items missing.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the item being received.

Used items will not be refunded.  If a package is returned and is packed in such a way which causes damage in transit then a reduced refund value will be given.  Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.  Standard postage cost will be calculated as part of the total refund value.  No additional refund value will be given for any 'consequential loss'.

We recommend that all returns are made using a ‘recorded delivery’. Milspec Solutions Ltd is not liable for any lost parcels when returned to us. No action can be taken unless we receive your returned goods.

Items returned with insufficient postage will have a minimum £10 fee deducted.

Warranty does NOT include the following:

Any transportation cost

Routine maintenance

Faults arising from repairs/alterations not previously carried out by Milspec Solutions Ltd

Any faults arising from accidents, use misuse and neglect

Any upgrades that have been installed by others apart from Milspec Solutions Ltd technicians

Any faults arising from the use of poor quality BB’s

Any damage caused by the use of any gas other than Abbey Predator Ultra

Any damage caused by the use of High Pressure Air Systems (HPA) or CO2 magazines

If any other Lipo battery higher than a 7.4 is used

We reserve the right to change our Terms & Conditions from time to time.
